Swedish Massage - 60 min. $70.00 90 min $90.00Swedish Massage helps to dilate the blood vessels which improves circulation, which is neccessary for flushing out toxins. This is a great way to relax and unwind.Deep Tissue Massage - 60 min. $70.00 90 min $90.00Deep Tissue uses many of the same movements and techniques as a Swedish Massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is intended for the deeper layers of muscle. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension, tight muscles, or knots.Hot Stone Massage - 60 min. $70 .00 90 min $90.00This form of bodywork involves the use of heated stones applied to the body in various ways to bring about relief to stiff and sore muscles; resulting in alleviation of chronic and acute problems that many of us deal with on a daily basis.This massage will warm the muscles tissue, stimulate circulation, decrease tension in hypertonic muscles, and decrease adhesions.Sports Massage- 60 mins. $70.00Sports massage is not just for athletes it is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some movements use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in muscles) and increse range of motion (ROM). Reflexology Foot Spa - 45 min. $55.00Pressure point foot massage used for fatigue, headaches and backaches. Natural therapy for counteracting stress and to create a state of relaxation. Not recommended for pregnant women. A Reflexogy Massage involves using the hands to apply gentle pressure to the feet. Includes an amazing foot exfoliating cream and finishes with an intense moisture cream to leave your feet feeling like a baby's bottom.Hand and Foot Reflexology- 30 min. $45.00Pressure point foot massage used for fatigue, headaches and backaches. Therapeutic bodywork focuses on the specific needs of an expectant mother. Not available in the first trimester without doctor consent. Body Treatments- 60 min. $70.00+Body treatments are a facial for your body and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. It is just as important to exfoliate and hydrate your skin on the body as it is on your face. Body scrubs, masks, and wraps all can be done as a single treatment or before receiving a massage. All treatments can be customized to fit individual needs.

If it is earlier afternoon then you may choose mamossa's or coffee and tea rather then wine and that is fine too. Have stressed out clients make it a pampering client affair. Arrival Policy

When booking your massage with us, please plan on arriving about 10 minutes early. If this is your first visit with us, youll need to fill out some light paperwork. The extra time is also so you can get ready for your relaxing massage by getting comfortable. Be sure to ask for your favorite therapist. We will accommodate in any way we can.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that in these busy times, unsuspected things come up. We ask that if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment with us to please give us 24 hours notice. We will happily re-schedule you for another time. If this is not done we will have to charge you a 50% cancellation/administration fee.
